combination of the two.

When dealing with shoulder pain, be sure to consider the following:
- take the time to find out what’s causing your shoulder pain, and make the
necessary changes to stop it.
- beware that chronic joint pain is an unquestionable sign of ongoing
inflammation in the joint, that inflammation is destructive to tissues, and
that unresolved, it is probable that your shoulder will deteriorate at an
accelerated rate,
- recognize your shoulder pain as an opportunity to learn about your body, and
appreciate that the functional changes that you make to heal your shoulder will
enhance the health and vitality of your entire being.
