Leg Cramps
You know what they are, but what causes them? Some of the
causes are:
1) magnesium insufficiency
2) you are not doing your stretching/yoga 30-60 minutes per day
3) you have arthritis or loss of mobility in your low back

2) start your stretching gently
3) learn about and treat your arthritis
