Juicing for Health

There really isn't any doubt that drinking fresh vegetable juice is a benefit to health. I encourage you to give it some thought; maybe even start making your own juice at home. I'm not the best role model, but I make juice on occasion; especially when my son is home - he shares the work with me.

This picture was taken at our home in May 2005. My son, Kenn, and I juiced carrot, celery, swiss chard, beets, zucchini, kohlrabi, fenugreek, mint, broccoli stems, and cabbage. I don't recommend this for the beginner.
